If you are employing a Lettings or Management company to manage your property, Welcome Energy will need your written permission to liaise with them before we can disclose any details of your account to anyone other than yourself.
You will need to inform Welcome Energy when a tenant is leaving a property in order that we can produce a final statement. We would strongly advise that you contact Welcome Energy before returning any tenants deposit to confirm the account has been settled. Any unsettled accounts will be passed back to the Leaseholder should payment no be received in a timely fashion.
Welcome Energy does not charge for this service however we do reserve the right to refuse to offer this service at any time. If you do not have your meter serial number(s) or meter reading(s) please input “0000”.
