Westminster Quarter hadn’t been billed

for a couple of years

The site was split into three blocks

managed by three difference companies who didn’t communicate with each other

The housing association block had pay as you go

installed which was not working

We completed a free AMR site survey

to determine the best option to extract data from the installed hardware

We proposed several flexible

and compliant billing solutions to ensure the best match for Savills

With the data we extracted from site

we were able to backdate the bills retrospectively to the handover of the site

We reviewed historic running costs

and set the tariff accordingly to ensure residents are accurately billed based upon their usage

We used the already installed equipment
